Mike Fisher

Personal Real Estate Corporation / Partner

I take pride in providing a very friendly professional environment in which to help you sell or buy your home. I am confident, with the information here, you will get a better idea about who I am and why I am able to provide you with the service and professionalism you deserve. I graduated high school in my home town of Victoria BC. After graduation I was accepted into the Canadian Military as a marine electrician. During my 4 years in the Canadian Navy I was fortunate enough to visit many foreign cities on the pacific. To this day I am very proud of my military service and proud to have had the opportunity to serve as an ambassador to this wonderful country I call home. Upon leaving the Military I started a 12 year career in the office equipment industry doing everything from servicing to selling and eventually managing an office. I had always had an interest in Real Estate and eventually left the office equipment industry to pursue my passion, I joined Royal LePage in 2005 and am proud to say… I continue to be a part of the best organization in the Real Estate industry to this day. I am an award recipient for 15 years of my 16 year tenure in the business and have recently been recognized for my accomplishments with a ‘Red Diamond Award’ for the past 3 years giving me the honour and distinction of being in the top 2% of the agents in Canada. I have called the Comox Valley home for the past 30 years and feel very lucky to live in paradise. I have been happily married for 32 years to Teresa and have had the pleasure of raising our family, Colin and Anita here in the Comox Valley and now am enjoying the grand-parenting role with Greyson and Lucas. My family has been involved in many activities in the Comox Valley including Hockey, skiing, baseball, theatre, singing, dance, and many other community activities. It is with great pride I give back to my community as I am a former volunteer firefighter in Comox and have enjoyed been involved in many charitable groups over the years such as Rotary. I try to give back to this community as much as it gives to my family and I. My belief is that charity starts at home and I pride myself on donating regularly to local Comox Valley charities including the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation. I truly enjoy what I do and my clients and friends tell me it shows. If you are looking for a Real Estate experience you will truly enjoy

Colin Fisher

Licensed REALTOR®

I am happy to say I was fortunate to be born and raised in the Comox Valley. After graduating from Highland Secondary I decided that I wanted to experience living in another part of Canada and my aspirations took me to Edmonton. While there I worked as a Heavy-Duty Mechanic for 5 years for a family run oil field hauling company. Once the oil took a down-turn, I was laid off and was faced with a life choice. I wanted to get my feet wet in business and sales so I worked in the automobile industry as a sales associate. I quickly realized that with my success in sales, it was my ticket back to the Comox Valley. I moved back and after a couple years of selling cars locally I made the decision that it was time to go after my real passion… Real Estate. I worked with the Fisher-Smith & Associates team for a year as an assistant during the day and studied at night to achieve the goal of becoming a licensed Realtor. I am proud to be serving my clients as a licensed realtor and am excited to help my friends and past clients in my new role in helping you sell or purchase your next property. If you have a question about buying or selling in this market please give me a call and I’d be happy to help you find your next home in paradise
