Transitions are difficult even for the experienced movers (5 times in 5 years). We chose Owen because he’s up to date with technology – especially his website. We knew the market trends because of the daily listing updates. He is both a knowledgeable and experienced realtor for North of Nanaimo. Owen is a hard worker, and is always available! He advertised, held open houses, networked, and marketed like crazy! He is respectful, is a good negotiator, and understanding about the stress factor! Did I mention he’s great with a sword?

Now that the SOLD on our sign and the dust has settled it is time to give credit where the credit is due.
